Nick Delpopolo Clinic (Adults)

Come train with 2x Judo Olympian Nick Delpopolo!  An accomplished Judoka from an early age, Nick won 22 National Junior Championships, a Pan American gold medal, numerous Grand Prix events and finished 7th in the 2016 Olympic Games. 

In addition to his Judo training, Nick was an accomplished Junior folkstyle wrestler and has a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu  

This seminar will not focus on current IJF Judo rules, but will include the entire Judo curriculum including leg grabs and transitions to ground techniques.

10-1030:  Adult BJJ promotions

1030-noon:  Adult gi

Noon-115:  Lunch

115-245:  Adult no-gi

3-4:  Kids 4-7 years old gi

4-430:  Kids BJJ promotions 

430-530:  Kids 8-13 year old gi
